We found Max about 6 months ago in the N. Georgia mountains. After following our 9-year-old daughter around all day, we knew we could not leave him in the cold and could not find anyone who knew where he belonged. After hours of searching we decided to take him back home with us. Monday morning we took him to our local vet to have him checked for an identification chip but he did not have one.
He is so happy he almost always has an almost permanent smile on his face. He is high paced and extremely loving. He does well with our other small bred dogs.
We always intended on re homing him but just have not found the right place.
We have had him fully vaccinated, neutered and tested for heart worms. He is up to date on his flea medication.
Unfortunately Max needs space to run and chase squirrels up trees! We do not have this space or do we have a fence yard. He needs exercise or freedom to run, run, run! The few times Max has gotten out of out home, he has returned, no problem.
He does great with our young daughter! Loves when she runs around with him and does great with our other dogs!!
